I was outside the other day and it was SO GORGEOUS and sunny that I was just dying to do some yoga. Too bad every three steps I took I found a pile of dog poop in the grass soooo yeah, getting my face anywhere near the ground was just not about to happen, haha. I decided to come up with a super quick flow to give you some inspiration on those days when you have no mat. Even if you’re just nursing a weak shoulder or injury, this will give you an idea of how to flow when there are no chatturangas or planks involved.
