Pump the brakes, guys! We’re breaking down 3 of some more commonly misaligned poses: Warrior I, Triangle, and Pyramid! I know a lot of times we can sorta kinda think we’re doing it right, but it’s tough to really know for sure. Let’s bust any myths so we can keep our practice safe and effective.
