I’m Erin Motz and I’m not your traditional yogi. I’m the carnivorous, red wine and French cheese-loving type, I teach vinyasa flow and aim to keep my classes fun and accessible. Yes. More complex poses are explained in detail while ones like forward fold and Warrior II get right to the details without a long, drawn-out explanation.

Yes! Though I’d recommend running through a few videos of my yoga challenge so you’re familiar with terminology and gain some familiarity with basics in real life movement.
