Seated Wide Forward Fold

Today’s pose is seated wide forward fold, which I teach a lot in my classes but rarely go into great detail about HOW to do it safely. Even if you’re seasoned, it’s always nice to revisit those classic poses to refresh your body’s memory. I do it all the time myself, actually! I have books on books on books for this stuff and I’m always trying to find a little something new.
