Hands-down, this is one of the most requested poses on Bad Yogi, so I definitely wanted to tackle this one ASAP for you guys. I’ll be real with you: it’s a tough pose to “get” but once you do, it’s like riding a bike; you’ll never forget how to do it!
As with all challenging poses, it’s normal and expected for you NOT to stick it on your first (or second of tenth) time trying. Just stay dedicated to your practice and you’ll find that one day you’ll come to your mat and BAM! It’ll just happen like you were born to do it 🙂
