I woke up the other morning craving some balancing poses like Tree, which is strange because I felt like I hadn’t done any pose like that in a while. And let’s just be honest: I totally sucked at it the first time I did it that morning, haha. I had to run through this flow a couple times before filming just to make sure I kept my balance on camera 😉
Try to do this one without “warming up” and see where your true balance is. Are you super wobbly or pretty stable? These poses offer a lot of insight in to our inner balance too, to pay close attention 🙂 Chances are, if you’re ultra wobbly on your first attempt, you’ll feel ten times more stable the second time around, so don’t get discouraged.
