Bad Yogi Playlist: Spring Spunk!

Bad Yogi Playlist: Spring Spunk!

Lately while I do yoga, I’m so all about music that’s not made specifically for yoga and meditation. It just puts me in the best mood! I mean, yoga has the tendency to do that on its own, but this just takes it to some next level greatness! This one’s about 45 minutes long, so it’s great for a full flow at home… say, with a Bad Yogi Full Hour Flow? ๐Ÿ˜‰ OK OK, moving on!

This one could be a little “not safe for work” so just be mindful of any kiddies or nearby virgin ears, haha.

Over to you: What songs are you jammin’ out to right now? In yoga or elsewhere!

  6. Fifty Shades fanatic over here, so I’ve been listening to the soundtrack pretty much non stop, especially while out jogging. It is an awesome soundtrack, and even non Fifty fan friends of mine admit to liking it.

  8. This playlist reminds me of Shauna Harrison. She teaches this killer class called Muscle and Flow set to hip hop. If you don’t know her, find her on instagram. I feel like you guys would be bffs

  13. My favorite music for shavasana is anything by Sharon Gannon, but I really like “Om Shantih.” Sol Seppy’s “Enter One” is also one of my all-time favorite for savasana.

For general yoga flow I like Trevor Hall, “Om Shakti Om” is my favorite for him. I actually like to listen to that after I’m already done with my yoga to kind of chill out.

On a different note I have an elliptical at home and my all-time favorite thing to do is put on a movie soundtrack like “Flashdance” or “Dirty Dancing” or “Footloose” or I’ll even pop in one of my musicals into the blu-ray player, like “Westside Story,” or “Oklahoma!” or “Little Shop of Horrors.”
