Moving Meditation Part I!
This class is inspired by the movement of tai chi. Our goal is to bring the breath in sync with the movement of the body, and is a great way to burn away any lingering stress from the day. This class is simple and easy to follow, so whenever you’re ready, meet me at the top of your mat and let’s get started!
